Hello World!!
I'm back. at least on the web!!
After spending 20 years in California, we made the decision to move closer to
family, so we relocated to beautiful (?) southern New Jersey.
We'd sold our tanning salons (which WE MISS!!), and my days of being a
competitive bodybuilder with Universal Nutrition were done....so...what the
heck! New Jersey here we come!!
To all our old customers, the friends that we miss... our hearts are out there
with you often!!
In New Jersey, I'm proud to be co owner/founder of Flex Family Fitness Center
in Upper Deerfield, N.J.. My partner Is M Jason Reed. He's been like my
brother since kindergarten, so it's an honor to be working with him on this and
other real estate deals. We plan on taking FLEX to bigger and bigger levels,
with much on the planning board.,
FLEX in Upper Deerfield is 17000 sq feet, with weight training, aerobic classes,
cardio equipment, tanning, childcare and more! It will be the prototypical
FLEX, with unique programs for customers our specialty!!
As some of you know, I was involved in a real estate business whereby I work
with people with bad credit who wish to be homeowners. Once I feel comfortable
with the person, I then set them up with a realtor, they choose the house,
I buy it with my money/resources, they live in it for a year while paying me
lease payments which approximate what their mortgage will cost. After taking 12
months to fix their credit, these individuals then have the option of buying the
house and getting back 50% of what they paid as a purchase credit! So, the
individual ends up being able to buy a house earlier than they would have, I
help someone get a faster move on with their life, and I make a buck in the
meantime. Everybody wins, right?
This business has been a nightmare. I allowed people with bad credit/bad pasts
to use my credit rating and assets to choose a house, which I purchased. The
move in costs were anywhere from 3-5%, so these people many times had money
invested....
These individuals have bad credit because they are STUPID people. You don't
outgrow STUPID My newest eviction is by some little idiot Ill call David. His
credit report is so long he should be in jail as it is, its just sad hat he's
going to drag down his ex fiancé Tara as well. Her credit was decent (plus
she's the primary wage earner). why do women get involved with these guys
who cant hold a handshake let alone a job? He's like a little rat, she was a
pretty girl! Now, shell end up in the economic toilet like him. I had another
couple of idiots, Randy and Rebecca went all the way to small claims,( and
still the idiot thought he shouldn't pay because "you own a gym, you own this,
you own that..)
Forget about buying a house and becoming a homeowner...most of these idiots cant
manage to pay the rent on time....the rent is late if its not paid on the
1st!!!! The fifth is a courtesy to allow for mail delays, etc!!! And I'm tired
of these excuses. tip to my idiot tenants, I had a major HEART
ATTACK on May31..guess what, I still paid all my bills on time!!!!
Don't these idiots realize what they are losing my screwing me over? Are they
that incredibly dumb? Had any of them followed thru on our agreement, shown
that they were trustworthy enough to be true to their word, Id be a resource
they might use in the future whether it was starting a business, buying more
property, etc. The opportunity I gave these people is an opportunity I would
have killed for when I was getting started. But no, they are so dumb, so
trash, that they have destroyed that bridge entirely. That rat David, and his
bloated bitchy mother MaryAnne, they can never bitch and moan that they never
get any breaks ..cuz I gave him a break, and he proved to the world that his
word is GARBAGE.
