After 44 years, and now that I am a father myself, I think its important for people to know that I was a victim of sexual, physical and emotional abuse at home while growing up.  It has caused years of anguish and pain,and those evil people have continued to this day.  STOP the abuse!!!!  You are not alone.  My upbringing resulted in emotional issues at least for me, and the validation that came with bodybuilding competitions.  As my mother is fond of bringing up, I did resort to "steroids" for a short period of time, because their approval and acceptance were so important. Yes Mother, I took steroids, because you made me feel like trash while growing up.  Eating disorders with my sister  and relationship and 20 plus years of drug  problems for my brother.  My father is a sexual deviant while my mother turned a blind eye.   My father wonders about my "rage" towards he and my mother...... it probably comes from his constant sexual abuse until I was a teenager, as any counselor, and mine does, will tell you. 

Sexual and physical abuse is a horror for which the perpetrators should be executed, which unfortunately under todays system is impossible.  If you are a victim of parental/sexual abuse, please get help.

It has taken me years to accept this fact, but confronting it head on will set you free from the evil perpetrated on you.  Pursue legal/criminal/civil options if possible, and punish the perverts who abused you.   Please contact me if you need advice or help!  I am only too happy to help people that were in my situation!
