Ted-  Like a lot of more well known bodybuilders, I get a lot of clothes for
free.  One of the
perks, I guess.  Those pink shorts are from KOS International. ph (213)

How did I get from fat kid to big and shredded?  The truth is that I was very
consistent with my
training and nutrition (for years).  Sure, you can go on a low calorie diet,
and weight train, to get
leaner and more muscular, but to look like my photos from later in my career,
you are going to
have to add the necessary element of time.

I may not have done everything perfect, but I did do everything the best I
could, for years at a
time.

Bands can add a new dimension to your training , and a new feel because as
you stretch a band,
the resistance increases, something which doesn’t happen with free weights.
Give it a shot!

Congratulations on the improvements you’ve made.  Your goals are easily
attainable-just keep
doing what you’ve been doing.  Also, keep in mind that the leaner you get,
the harder it is to get
any leaner, and the leaner you get, the more aware you are of the remaining
fat on your body.  As
you get closer to your goal, realize that you are no longer fat, and adjust
your eating to reflect the
new you.  I made the mistake of eating like I still had to lose weight after
I achieved my goal.
This held back progress.

Well, drugs or not, continued progress relies on training hard and smart, and
eating LOTS of
quality food.  The eating IS work, much harder than training, and you must
endeavor to
continually increase your caloric intake.  Also, keep training to a minimum!
Have fun with it.  All
the steroids in the world WILL NOT help if you are still eating like a bird!

You didn’t mention what your goals are....to get bigger, stronger...be a
better boxer?  I also
notice that you train back(the biggest muscle group in the upper body) as
long as biceps(the
smallest).  Also, training six days per week is insane, you will quickly lose
enthusiasm for
training..evry pro athlete has times where they train less frequently in
order to coax their body and
performance to higher levels....when I was younger, I trained six days per
week and equated it
with macho toughness, while now it only seems like naivete.  Have at least
two to three rest days
per week! Train hard, but also train smart!!!!>
